Booking Process
- Advance Booking: A 20% advance payment is required to confirm your booking
- Payment Methods: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash
- Confirmation: Booking confirmation via WhatsApp/SMS within 30 minutes of advance payment
- Driver Details: Driver name and contact number shared 12 hours before pickup
Cancellation Policy
- 48+ hours before pickup: Full refund (100% of advance)
- 24-48 hours before pickup: 50% refund of advance
- Less than 24 hours: No refund
- No-show: No refund
What is Included in the Fare
- Fuel charges for the entire trip
- Professional chauffeur (experienced, verified driver)
- AC vehicle as per booking
- All applicable taxes (GST included)
- Toll charges for standard routes
What is NOT Included
- Parking fees at tourist spots, hotels, and malls
- Entry fees to monuments, parks, and attractions
- Driver bata for multi-day trips (Rs 500/day)
- Interstate permit charges (for trips to Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Goa)
Important Terms
- Night Charges: Rs 300 applies for trips between 10 PM and 6 AM
- Waiting Charges: First 30 minutes free, then Rs 100/hour
- Route Changes: Itinerary changes during trip subject to additional charges
- Vehicle Breakdown: Replacement vehicle arranged at no extra cost
- Child Seats: Available on request at no additional charge
- Daily Limit: Multi-day packages cover 250 km/day. Extra km charged at vehicle rate
- Extension: Trip extensions possible subject to availability at daily rate
